1. Create the greatest possible buyer profile

Design precise buyer profiles and segmentation, then create the relevant communications and content material to speak with them. Most companies, from startups to enterprises, try to narrow down their customer segmentation and create the right persona; however, during our research and analysis, we frequently discover that the segments weren’t created based on the company’s objectives and targets or the launch of new services or products, and are instead too generic.
